SPONSORSHIP INFORMATION:

SCORECARD SPONSOR $2000 – Includes entry for 8 golfers, company name and logo on 2’ x 4’ banner, tee hole sponsor, and company logo on scorecards & carts

EAGLE SPONSOR $1500 – Includes entry for 4 golfers, tee hole sponsor, and logo on scorecards BIRDIE SPONSOR $1000 – Includes entry for 4 golfers and tee hole sponsor

PAR SPONSOR $800 – Includes entry for a team of 4 golfers TEE HOLE SPONSOR $250 – 2’ x 2’ sign on tee hole

Breakfast, green fees, cart rental, and meal after tournament are included with each paid entry

Prizes will be awarded for 1st, 4th, 7th and last place: Men’s and Ladies long drive and closest to the pin awards

Raffle drawing will be done after the tournament prior to awards being handed out

IF YOU HIT IT, YOU GET IT… $10.00 per putt… Begins at 8:30 and goes till all items are gone…
