About

CASA of Bell County (Court Appointed Special Advocates) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to advocating for the best interests of children in foster care due to abuse or neglect. Through a network of highly trained community volunteers, CASA ensures that each child’s voice is heard in court and that their needs are prioritized while they navigate the child welfare system.

CASA volunteers work closely with judges, attorneys, caseworkers, and caregivers to gather information, monitor progress, and make recommendations that support safe, permanent, and nurturing homes for the children they serve. Their advocacy helps improve outcomes in education, stability, and overall well-being.

Proud to serve the Bell County community, CASA of Bell County relies on volunteers, donors, and community partnerships to carry out its mission of providing hope, stability, and a brighter future for the county’s most vulnerable children.
