At Feed My Sheep, we believe that Jesus calls us to live as he did during his earthly ministry- sharing the gospel and making disciples, while meeting physical, spiritual and emotional needs. Everyone who comes through our doors enters into a recognition of our shared humanity, value and need. Our goal is for every need to be met, but especially the need for Christ’s love. We believe this need for love is universal and that it exists for all of us at our most basic level. We also view every person who comes to us, whether for assistance or to serve, as our equals, worthy of love, respect and attention. Our focus is not on the problems people may face, but on people as individuals with stories whom we have the privilege to know, love, and grow with. Out of these genuine relationships, we can start to meet needs, bear each other’s burdens, address traumas, and share the gospel.
