The City of Temple Parks and Recreation Department invites the community to celebrate National Parks & Recreation Month throughout July. Residents are encouraged to take part in a variety of fun and engaging activities leading up to the main event, Play the Temple Way, at Santa Fe Plaza.

Featured events include:

• The BIG Catch on Saturday, July 11
• Play the Temple Way on Saturday, July 18
• Fly Fishing 101 on Saturday, July 25
