The Temple Chamber of Commerce is pleased to welcome Cesar Quinones as the organization’s new Membership Sales Representative.

As the Temple Chamber continues its work of leading with bold vision, advocating for business success, and delivering value-driven resources while fostering connections that strengthen Members and the regional economy, investing in relationships remains at the heart of the organization’s mission. Cesar joins the team with a passion for connecting people, supporting businesses, and helping organizations thrive through meaningful engagement.

Originally from El Paso, Cesar recently returned to Texas after living in Colorado Springs, Colorado, where he became deeply involved in the local business community. As a Chamber Ambassador in the Pikes Peak region, he built strong relationships across both the business and nonprofit sectors and gained firsthand experience in the important role Chambers play in supporting economic vitality and community growth.

Cesar brings more than 20 years of B2B sales along with a proven track record of customer service, problem-solving, and relationship-building. His professional background and commitment to helping others succeed make him a natural fit for the Chamber’s Member-focused approach.

In his role as Membership Sales Representative, Cesar will work directly with businesses throughout the region, helping prospective and new Members connect with the programs, resources, advocacy efforts, and networking opportunities available through the Temple Chamber.

Outside of work, Cesar enjoys woodworking, karaoke, cigars, and spending time with his wife, daughters, and their two dogs, Nacho and Poncho.
